Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

As long as the order has not been shipped. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address. No refunds or exchanges are possible unless the shipment is returned. Once the item is received as a return, we can reship the item to the correct address at a redelivery charge of $15.00 plus the shipping cost for the new shipment.

What is your return and exchange policy?

No refunds are allowed. Returns for exchanges for different size or design are allowed up to 21 days after original shipment. A $15 restocking/exchange fee will be charged along with the new shipping cost.

What should I do if I received the wrong item or size?

Provide a copy of the original order or invoice from Shopify as proof of mistake. Email request to: whitestone320@gmail.com. We will reship the correct item at no additional cost.

What if my shirt arrives damaged or defective?

All products are inspected and shipped in safe packaging. If the item is damaged by the shipper, please return the item for a full exchange. Any other claim of damage must be inspected by Whitestone Creative. Send a picture to whitestone320@gmail.com. If approved, customers must return the item at their cost and Whitestone will resend a corrected item at no charge.

Can I cancel my order once it’s placed?

As long as the order has not been shipped, the order can be cancelled. Otherwise we do not accept cancelled or returned orders.

Do you offer gift receipts or special packaging?

Gift cards can be purchased at www.whitestone.art. Please email whitestone320@gmail.com for instructions. We do not provide gift wrapping or special packaging.

Do you restock designs/items that are sold out?

Whitestone Fashion Outlet carries limited supply. We cannot guarantee restocks. Designs are offered only on demand.

You can only use one discount code per order.

Do you allow size exchanges for shirts?

Yes, see our Returns & Exchanges policy above.

Any special care instructions for your shirts/prints?

Shirts are 100% polyester.
Washing: Cold or warm water, gentle cycle, inside out, mild detergent, no bleach.
Drying: Air-dry or tumble dry low, remove promptly, dryer sheets optional.
Ironing: Low heat only with press cloth or use steamer.
